Getting started
Cost depends on the size of your organisation and how much customisation you need, so we quote per project rather than publishing a price list. Send us your requirements and we come back with a written estimate — free of charge, with no obligation to proceed.
One of our existing products can usually be set up and handed over within 2–4 weeks, including data entry and staff training. Software built from scratch normally takes 2–4 months depending on scope. We agree the timeline in writing before development starts.
Yes. We can walk you through a live demo online, or visit your office and show it on your own screens. Tell us which software you are interested in and we will arrange a time.
Yes. Most of the work — development, training and support — happens remotely, and we travel for installation and on-site training when a project needs it.
The software itself
That is the normal case, not an extra. Reports, forms, user roles, printed formats and workflow steps are all adjusted to how your organisation works before handover.
Yes. Our systems handle Bangla and English side by side — data entry, reports and printed documents. Staff can use whichever they are comfortable with.
Usually yes. If your current records are in Excel, another software or even paper registers, we plan the migration as part of the project and check the result with your team before go-live.
Where the existing system allows it, we connect them so data does not have to be entered twice. Tell us what you are running now and we will check what is possible.
After delivery
Staff training is part of delivery. After that we handle updates, troubleshooting and any changes you need. Support is by phone and WhatsApp — you reach a person who knows your setup.
Your data is yours, always, and you can export it. Ownership of custom-built software is agreed in writing at the start of the project.
Either on your own server inside your premises, or on hosting we arrange for you — whichever suits your policy and internet situation. We explain the trade-offs before you decide.
