A Bangladeshi software company that has been building the systems organisations run on since 2015.
Our story
ZenCodeSoft started in 2015 with a straightforward observation: most organisations in Bangladesh were not short of software — they were short of software that matched the way they actually worked. Hospitals kept parallel paper registers because the system could not handle their admission process. Colleges exported to Excel because the reports were wrong.
So we built the other way round. We start by watching the existing process, including the awkward exceptions everyone works around, and only then decide what the software should do. That is why our products carry the specific details they do — referring doctor commissions, internship rotation records, dealer territory targets — the things generic software leaves out.
Since then we have grown into a team covering custom software, web applications and Android apps, with 11 products now in use across healthcare, education and business.
